An 'Active' Scout for Advancement purposes in Troop 154 Goldens Bridge has during a continuous 6 month period:
Attended more than half of the weekly scheduled troop meetings.
Fully participated (from Friday night thru Sunday morning) on 2, two night, outings with at least one being in a tent.
